Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
General Terms
• Fill out the application and all of its steps first
• I have every right to decline any commission request
• You do not have my permission to edit, trace nor use the commission for NFTs
• Do not claim my artwork as your own
• Please read the rest of the page
Payment
• I accept payment through Paypal & Ko-fi (in Euros)
• You will be able to see the pose sketch & the detailed sketch without paying, but after you have confirmed you're happy with the idea, you will have to complete the payment before I proceed any further
Process
• Commissions usually take 1-2 weeks to be done and will never take more than a month to finish unless specified otherwise
• I will update you through every step, I won't proceed until issues have been resolved
• Any extreme or complex revisions will result in a fee
Cancel / Refund Policy
• You'll only be able to cancel the commission if you hadn't paid yet - in the sketch phase
Usage Policy
• I retain the rights to the artwork I've made and am allowed to use it on my social media for self-promotion & as a part of my digital portfolio
• When using, I will not misrepresent the original piece or the intent of the client
Personal commission (No extra fees)
Using art for non-monetized purposes such as: icons, header, posts on non-monetized social media...
Commercial commission
• Using art on monetized sites and content: Youtube, Twitch, etc. (1.5x final price)
• Selling art as merchandise (2x final price)
